Course Overview As Americans continue to age, there have been more and more Social Security disability filings each year. Due to this influx in Social Security disability claims, the Social Security Administration has made it a process to deny initial claims for disability benefits because available funds are shrinking daily. Unfortunately, most Americans that are truly disabled cannot afford an attorney to represent them and thus they give up on what they are rightfully owed.
