Flat-Rate Tuition
What makes Capstone Technical Institute different from other educational institutions is our flat-rate approach to tuition. Our students pay a flat fee for their entire course program. Students can also setup payment plans as well to assist with their overall cost. This provides a predictable, less expensive experience than most other traditional and non-traditional universities.
Federal & State Financial Aid
We don’t offer U.S. Federal Financial Aid, but we do offer a variety of different payment plan options which assists students in graduating debt free. As part of our effort to lower our overhead and reduce costs and pass the savings on to our students, we don’t participate in the U.S. Federal Title IV Financial Aid Program. Please note that Title IV loans obtained before attending Capstone Technical Institute cannot be deferred by enrolling in our institution.
What Payment Options Are Available
Since every one of our students has different financial obligations, our Financial Aid office works very diligently to assist students in different payment plans. Some of the options available include a lump sum payment, quarterly payments, and monthly payments. But each of these would need to be discussed with the student's Advisor Specialist to determine which method works best for him or her. Please note that there is administrative fees included on any payment plan.
May I Enroll In More Than One Program
Students can take as many programs as they wish. Capstone Technical Institute encourages students to enroll in one program at a time so that the maximum attention can be provided on that program. However, there is no policy that denies a student from enrolling in multiple programs. Although, the benefit of enrolling in numerous programs does lock in the price rate and will not be effected by any price increases.
What Happens If I Fail A Program
In the unlikely event that you fail a program, you will be required to retake it to earn a passing grade. If you must retake a course, you will be charged one-half the tuition rate at the time of the retake. Students have two chances to pass each program. If you have any questions or concerns about this policy, please speak with you Advisor Specialist.
Are Tuition And Fees Refundable
Capstone Technical Institute has a very strict non-refundable policy and thus it is very important that the student speaks with their Advising Specialist to ensure they understand the policy. Students are allowed to request a full refund within three (3) calendar days after signing the contractual agreement with the institution. After the three (3) calendar day period has lapsed, the student can no longer request a refund. So it is extremely important that the student conduct their due diligence and make a decision based off what they determine is in their best interest.
